Concierge Care Coordination
Ultimate Medical Center provides concierge coordination for patients exploring regenerative injection options performed by licensed medical professionals.
We simplify the process by coordinating education, scheduling, logistics, and payment, while partnering with independent clinicians who provide the medical care.
Medical evaluations and treatment decisions are made solely by the treating clinician.
A simple, Coordinated Experience
Step 1. Consultation and Coordination
We begin with an initial conversation to understand your goals and coordinate the next steps in the process.
Step 2. Medical Evaluation
A licensed medical professional reviews your history and determines whether treatment may be appropriate.
Step 3. Treatment by the Clinician
If approved, the injection procedure is performed by the treating clinician at an appropriate medical location.
Step 4. Follow-Up Support
We assist with scheduling, communication, and non-clinical follow-up questions.
Our Role
Ultimate Medical Center provides non-clinical services, including:
• Patient education and coordination
• Scheduling and logistics
• Payment processing
• Communication support

Medical Care and Clinical Responsibility
